Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to the same store where you purchased it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You are required to submit a letter stating the reason of return.
- Your official receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- Once we receive the return item(s), we will inspect it and issue GOODS RETURN NOTE (GRN).
Refund
- If your return item(s) is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Exchange
- Item(s) may be EXCHANGED for other item(s) within 30 days from purchase with the same value.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.
- Your Item must be in the original packaging
- Your official receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We make pieces that last, and if they don’t, we want to know about it. Our guarantee is a handshake – a promise that we’ll be fair to each other. So if something’s not working or fitting or standing up to its task or lasting as long as you think it should, please let us know. We want to make sure we keep our guarantee the way it’s always been.
